Booking Terms and Conditions
A booking is confirmed only after M Travel & Tours issues written confirmation and receives any deposit stated in the quotation. The balance due date, cancellation terms and supplier conditions are provided with the proposal or invoice.
Prices and Inclusions
Prices are based on the itinerary, number of travellers, travel dates and services listed. Items not expressly included are excluded. Exchange-rate changes, government fees, fuel changes or supplier revisions may require an updated quotation before confirmation.
Traveller Responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, health requirements, travel insurance and providing accurate information. Local laws, safety instructions and guide directions must be respected.
Changes and Force Majeure
Routes, accommodation or activities may change when weather, road conditions, government action, supplier availability or events beyond reasonable control make the original plan impractical. We will seek a suitable alternative of comparable value where possible.
Liability
M Travel & Tours coordinates services supplied by independent hotels, carriers, parks and activity providers. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms agreed for the specific booking.
