M Travel & Tours Burundi is a registered private travel company based in Bujumbura. The company grew from years of travelling across Africa and learning what visitors truly need when they arrive somewhere unfamiliar: dependable communication, realistic timing, suitable transport, honest inclusions, patient guiding and a local team that takes responsibility for the complete journey.
We created M Travel to help visitors discover Burundi with confidence while also connecting the country to wider East Africa travel. Our guests include holiday travellers, families, solo explorers, photographers, researchers, conference delegates, investors, returning friends of Burundi and Burundians who want to know more of their own country.
What We Arrange
Our work includes private day tours, multi-day itineraries, airport pickup, professional driver services, car rental, hotel booking, Lake Tanganyika boat experiences, cultural visits, nature journeys, group transport, business movement and tailored regional programmes. A journey can begin at Bujumbura International Airport, a hotel, a private address or another East African connection.

Our Way of Working
Good travel planning begins by listening. Before recommending a route, we consider what the traveller wants to understand, how quickly the group prefers to move, which services are already arranged and what should be handled by M Travel. A confirmed proposal clearly explains the itinerary, transport, accommodation, meals, guide language, entrance fees, payment steps, exclusions and cancellation terms.
Our traveller dashboard keeps requests, quotation progress, payment status, trip documents and completion information together. Hotel partners also have a separate dashboard for payment verification, listing information, facilities, images and publication status.
