Price conditions

Prices are quoted in USD per person. The USD 340 rate applies to one traveller. Discounted rates apply to guests booking together and travelling on the same date, with the same itinerary and shared transport.

Prices cover the listed inclusions. Excluded services, personal expenses and optional activities are payable separately. Additional services or itinerary changes must be quoted and agreed upon before additional charges apply.

Payment and balance

You may pay in full when booking or make a deposit of any amount. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before your arrival. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or WhatsApp. Notice is measured from receipt of the request to the scheduled departure.

- Seven days or more: full refund of the amount paid.
- At least 48 hours but less than seven days: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 48 hours, or failure to attend: no refund.

Any retained amount will be reduced where costs are recovered or the cancelled booking is resold.

One free date change may be requested at least seven days before departure, subject to availability. Any price difference must be confirmed before the customer accepts the change.

If M Travel cancels the entire tour, including because of unsafe weather or lake conditions, the customer may choose an alternative date or a full refund.

If only part of the tour cannot be provided, offer an alternative activity for the customer’s approval or refund the unprovided portion.

Eligible refunds will be initiated within seven business days of confirming cancellation, normally through the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Weather and changes

Boat activities depend on weather and lake conditions. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
