How to Book and Pay for Your M Travel Tour

Review the package before entering your details

Start with the itinerary and the written inclusions on the tour page. Check the duration, meeting arrangements, group size and price basis. A per-person price and a private-group total describe different calculations, so use the booking form to review the total for your actual party. Read the child policy before adding children and check the selected extras, rather than assuming every activity mentioned on the page is included in the base price.

The package terms also belong in this review. Look at the deposit and balance instructions, cancellation conditions, weather arrangements and any timing advice. If a condition is unclear, contact the team with the package name before paying. A booking should reflect an arrangement you understand, including what happens if you need to change the travel date.

Enter contacts you can use while travelling

Provide the lead traveller’s name, an email address you can open and a phone or WhatsApp number with its country code. The email is important for booking messages and your private client account. Check spelling carefully: a small mistake can prevent you receiving the password setup link or the correspondence needed to continue your trip planning.

Use the special requests field for relevant details such as dietary preferences, pickup instructions or the pace you would like. An optional request is not automatically a confirmed inclusion. The team may need to discuss it with you, particularly if it changes the route or price. Read the linked privacy and booking terms before confirming the form. If the form stops you, review the highlighted fields and the explanation beside them.

Use the saved summary to catch mistakes

After a priced package booking is accepted, the website shows your saved booking and payment summary. Read the travel date, party size and total again. If an unpaid booking is still editable, use the previous or edit-booking button to change the details before paying. The website recalculates the total from the package’s published pricing rules after a valid edit.

Keep the reference shown on the summary. It helps the team identify the correct booking when you send a message or a payment receipt. A saved booking and a payment are separate records: reaching the payment page means your details have been received, while a verified payment is recorded after the team checks it. Do not assume that opening a payment link has paid the balance.

Copy the amount and select the correct currency

M Travel’s shared WeTravel payment link lets the payer enter an amount. On the booking summary, select the balance or offered deposit, then use the copy-amount button. The success message tells you which amount was copied. Open WeTravel, select the matching currency and paste the number into its amount field. Review the provider’s displayed payment details and any fees before completing payment.

If automatic copying is blocked by your browser, select the number and copy it manually, then use the confirmation provided. If you change the deposit or balance selection, copy the new amount again. A number copied earlier may no longer match the option now selected. When scanning the QR code with another device, enter the displayed amount and currency there; scanning does not transfer your clipboard or automatically attach the booking total.

Keep the payment connected to the booking

Use the booking name and email when paying and include the booking reference in the payment purpose where available. If a family member or company pays on your behalf, tell the team whose booking the payment relates to. Save the receipt after completing the payment, including enough information for the team to identify the transaction.

The client dashboard provides a place to upload your receipt. A receipt upload is evidence for review; it is not an automatic declaration that funds have been received. Your balance changes when the team verifies and records the payment. Avoid paying again simply because the dashboard has not updated immediately. Contact M Travel with the booking reference and receipt if you need the status checked.

Use your private dashboard for the complete picture

For a first booking, follow the personal account setup link sent to your booking email, choose your password and sign in. This email verification protects the booking details from being opened by someone who merely knows your address. In your own dashboard, review the journey, contact information, requests, pricing, documents and receipts associated with your account.

New online submissions retain a copy of the package information used when booking. The team may also add an agreed itinerary or updated client note, which appears separately. This distinction helps you see both what you submitted and the current arrangements. Earlier bookings can only display details that were actually saved at the time. If something is missing or needs correction, use the contact buttons and quote your reference so the team can help with the right record.
